PASSION FOR PROBATE LAW
As director of Luminis Executorship & Liquidations I deal with estate settlement in the broadest sense of the word. In real terms, this means I mainly work as a court appointed liquidator as well as an executor. Given my legal background and extensive experience in the field, I often provide legal aid to and advocate for the rights of international beneficiaires to Dutch estates. Apart from these activities, I conduct international probate research for civil law notaries and probate lawyers, both domestic and from abroad. In this regard I am licensed as a private investigator by the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice (POB 1403).
Furthermore, I am registered as a lawyer (rechtskundig adviseur) with the Dutch Association of Legal Advisors (NVRA), have completed the Course for Professional Executors (NOVEX), the Specialist Training in Estate Planning (Licent Academy) and the Specialist Training in Estate Liquidation (FEIN). Since june of 2019 I am also a NOVEX-certified executor and liquidator. Lastly, I am a certified translator English as well.
